Dojo - Silversprings Purpose Built Martial Arts Studio
The club has the use of an excellent purpose-built martial arts studio (Dojo) and is equipped with plenty of training aids. Silversprings has a number of highly qualified senior black belt students who bring their own style to the lessons, so life is never dull in the Dojo!
Training Venue

Training Facilities
Training is confined to adults and takes place every Monday and Thursday (8.00 pm). Instruction is in the specialised aerobics studio offering male and female students maximum comfort and safety while training along with an excellent range of other facilities at the Centre. |
Curriculum
Classes are open to students
from all styles and are conducted along traditional lines. Students are offered an opportunity
to:
- study the art of Karate
- learn self defense
- train for increased self-confidence
- learn how to compete in
Karate competition, or
- train for general fitness.
- study the practices of: Koryu Uchinadi
