The club is situated in The Source Health & Fitness Club.
Please ask at reception for the Karate Club. Ask for Sensei Paul Allan.
Note: Don't worry too much about the "Sensei" part on your first visit but the teacher is always addressed as Sensei, pronounced <Sensay>.)
Silversprings Karate Club train on Monday and Thursday nights from 8pm -10pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
Beginners of all ages(over 16 yrs ) are welcome. Train for self-confidence, self-defence, and general fitness.
