If you've never done Karate or any other martial art before, then at Silversprings Gin Sen Karate Do you're at the right club to start! Whether you are looking to Karate for; fitness (developing strength, stamina, balance and flexibility), self-defence, self-confidence, entering competitions, experiencing something new or just developing an interesting hobby, you will fit in here!

Experienced and/or practicing Martial artists are equally welcome- we have an open door policy and there are no restrictions on people training here or just trying a class to see what we do. If you are a member of another club it is best to get your instructors permission to visit us. If you have been out of training for a while don't worry - you will not be expected to do anything you are not fully comfortable with."
